Lorraine’s Story
Lorraine “Cuppie” Manuel was a daughter, friend, and light to everyone who knew her. Her life was full of love, laughter, and promise. Ten years ago, that life was cut short by gun violence. Her family chose to respond not with hatred — but with purpose.
